1. Coordinated Movements: The movements of the injection molding machine's robotic arm and the machine itself must be synchronized to prevent collisions and interference with normal machine operation. The robotic arm's movements should not excessively extend the production cycle.
2. Safe Position Setting: In the event of a machine stoppage, the robotic arm can be manually positioned to a safe or other necessary location to ensure that mold changes and equipment maintenance are not hindered.
3. Anti-collision Function: The robotic arm should have an anti-collision function. In the event of a misoperation, the program should automatically detect and stop the operation to minimize losses.
4. Clear Installation Direction: When installing two adjacent robots, the installation direction should be clearly defined to ensure that all movements do not obstruct the opening and closing of the injection molding machine's safety door.
5. Motion Error Setting: All linear, rotary, and other movements of the robot can be set on-site within a certain error range. If the error exceeds the set value, the system will promptly alarm and stop the operation, displaying fault information on the touchscreen.
6. Parameter Setting Flexibility: All parameters and data settings can be configured and modified via computer and then downloaded to the system for execution, or parameters and data can be set directly on the user's hands, ensuring operational flexibility.
7. Interlock Mechanism: An interlock mechanism should be in place between the injection molding machine and the robot. When the injection molding machine or other mechanical equipment malfunctions, the injection molding machine will stop operating, and the robot will also stop moving, ensuring safety.
8. Material Quality: The materials used should be durable, of high quality, and the support structure should be sturdy, possessing sufficient rigidity and toughness to ensure that it will not deform during operation.
9. Fault Alarm System: When a fault occurs, the system will immediately sound an alarm and stop the machine, while simultaneously displaying fault information on the touchscreen for quick troubleshooting.
