The core working process of the program-free powder spraying robot is as follows:

Workpiece Setup: Secure the workpiece on the designated workbench to prevent displacement.

Trajectory Recording: Operator guides the teaching gun along the spray path; system records motion automatically.

Path Verification: Check and adjust the recorded path if necessary.

Parameter Setting: Set powder spraying parameters (amount, speed).

Automatic Spraying: Robot executes the recorded path; spraying progress can be monitored in real time.

Reset & Inspection: Robot resets after spraying; quality inspection can be performed.
